EMBROIDERY WORKSHOP WITH PALOMA STITCH

Join a beginner’s embroidery workshop for the perfect introduction to the joys of creative embroidery. You don’t need to have any prior experience at all, or you may have stitched a long time ago and want to dive back in! Set in the beautiful SA Art Fair Studio in Hout Bay,  Amelia will walk you through everything at your own pace - relaxing, peaceful and lots of fun.

Paloma Stitch, based in the UK, travels the world teaching her signature embroidery classes, join us for this relaxing and beginner friendly workshop!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Learn some beautiful foundation stitches, practising on a specially prepared piece of sampler linen. Depending on your pace, you can also have a go at stitching onto an additional nature-themed design which you can also take home to practice on after the class.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

• A hand-prepared stitch kit including linen, threads, needles, scissors and embroidery hoop.
• A stitch guide to accompany the stitch design

DURATION: 3.5 hours

WHAT TO BRING:

Coffee & tea available, but you are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks to enjoy while you stitch
